What is the return policy?
All purchases are strictly non refundable. This includes but is not limited to: Failure to attend a session due to time zone confusion, illness or accident. Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
What topics are excluded on readings ?
UK Law restricts reading topics and readings are only available for clients aged 18 and over. Soulcodex is strictly Ethical .
We do not read on : Legal matters, including Divorce proceedings, Court Cases,Visa applications etc, Health, Medical, Pregnancy, Death, Magic, Intimacy or offer Financial Advice. We do not read on your/ or any children under the age of 18. This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to request alternative questions or decline a reading if it's not aligned with your highest good.
When will I get my order?
Readings are delivered promptly within 24 hours, with the exception of Same Hour Services. If there is a delay you will be notified via email.
How best to prepare for a Session ?
I am UK Based,be sure to check and convert time zones for appointments where necessary.
To get the best from any session or live chat it's recommended to set your intention. Ask yourself what is it that you want to get from your session time. For live Chat its recommended to have some specific questions prepared in mind.
30 minutes prior to the session listen to the 12D Shielding Meditation ( 10 minutes long) on You tube. This clears and shields your energy field ready for your session.
Ensure zoom/ Instagram is downloaded and working.
Optional extras you may wish to consider : Cleanse yourself with sage. Light a candle. Hold your favourite crystals
What if i am a beginner at meditation ?
Every Session is personally tailored for you. Everything is relaxed and and we go at the pace you feel comfortable at. Please do not put any pressure on yourself.
