All services of SoulCodex, are designed to empower you to make your own highest choices. By purchasing you, yourself take full responsibility for making the highest and best choices in your life. It is up to you, Raven is here as a guide. 

Raven reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, or to not continue a session if Raven does not feel it is for the highest good. If Raven does not resonate with you, or if you do not feel a connection, or If you present a situation out of Raven's scope of practice, Raven reserves the right to refer you to the appropriate professional for your situation. In readings or sessions Raven reserves the right to request alternative questions if they do not feel aligned, ethical or appropriate.

 

All SoulCodex digital recordings of sessions, activations, and website, promotional  and personal images are protected by copyright law. The recordings and readings  are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, duplicated, distributed, or shared in any form, including on social media platforms without explicit written permission. 

Personal Responsibility

Life is never set in stone , and Raven does not offer any guarantees. You have free will and as such any decisions and choices you make once after your session/ reading have the potential to change your timeline and outcome from what Raven has seen.  Timelines are not fixed and you must always choose what feels aligned and best for you personally, readings are for guidance purposes.

Raven is not responsible for any decisions, action, or inaction on your part as a result of your reading or service provided. You agree to take full responsibility for your life, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. Your life and your wellbeing is your responsibility. 

Sessions and readings are only available for persons aged 18 years or over. Raven will not read or comment on your children or any matters she considers to be unethical. Raven does not read or advise on any medical, psychological, legal, visa process, divorce process, pregnancy, magic, death or financial advice related matters. . This list is not exchaustive and Raven reserves the right to ask for alternative questions or decline at any time. All services offered do not in any way, constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You understand that SoulCodex cannot make any warranties or guarantees regarding the information provided. SoulCodex and Raven cannot be held responsible or liable for the actions you take as a result of the session, reading or activation. You yourself are completely responsible for any actions you take after any consultation.

Refunds & Cancellations

Raven is UK Based,it is your responsibility to please check your timezone conversion prior to any appointment. By purchasing you acknowledge you're aware that all services and products on this website are non refundable. No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered for any reason. Sessions may be rescheduled with 72 hours notice as a minimum. Late arrival to a session appointment will not incur additional time for any reason.  Please be prompt to your meeting and ensure you have good internet connection, your camera is working, and you wont be disturbed. Non attendance at your session/ appointment will not be refunded or rescheduled for any reason. By purchasing you confirm agreement to these terms.

Delivery & Clarification/follow up

Email and Audio Readings are dispatched direct to your inbox within 24 hours of purchase ( once all information/pictures are received from you. Raven is located in a UK Timezone. If you are unable to locate your reading file after dispatch, please check your junk mail folder. MP3 Activations/ Meditations are available for immediate download following purchase. Audio Readings are not stored for privacy reasons, please be sure to download your MP3 to your PC so its safely stored.

Raven is always very generous in her readings and sessions, however due to time restrictions, and in order to respect her energy Raven does not offer clarification/ follow up questions once a reading or session has been completed. If your reading/ session has led to new questions, or you wish to recheck a timeline, please book a new session or reading so these can be examined for you.. Thank you for your understanding.
